> Our Process
1
ORGANIZATIONAL REVIEW
We assess your existing management system and any existing written procedures. This stage involves surveys, questionnaires and interviews with key management and employees to determine the effectiveness of the existing organizational hierarchy and reporting structure, key departmental groups and services offered. Core and supporting processes are identified.
GAP ANALYSIS

During this stage, we identify and report key findings from Stage I to senior management for review and resolution. TCI prepares the necessary mandatory procedures which are an ISO requirement.
3
CERTIFICATION
TCI issues a certificate upon successful ISO registration; thereafter your organization can advertise your ISO registration status. Your Certification Registration will be included on the ISO Register website for worldwide registration and recognition.
4
AUDITING
ISO audits are held quarterly: three times internally and once by an external certification body. Your certification will need to be renewed before the end of its third anniversary.
2
The Right Thing:
What is really going on in your organization? Who does what, when, why and how?
In a first of a three-step process, we look closely at the processes and procedures in place within your organization; we create an "MRI" of the activities and structure of your organization. In outlining precisely the management systems in place, we provide a great value-added to our clients, whether our clients choose to pursue ISO certification or not.
